Labor Day will be generally good for outdoor activities but be on the lookout for a few more showers this afternoon. The increased humidity, generated by Gulf moisture being brought in by south-southeast winds of 5 to 10 miles per hour, will boost temperatures as the heat index could soar to 105 degrees.
Wednesday will once again bring a chance of patchy fog before 9 a.m., but sunny skies are expected for the rest of the day. Chance of precipitation is 20%. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Northwest wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.
