Trump also said Wednesday night he thinks that under the “leadership of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, the generals have been reduced to rubble” and, in the past, he has claimed to “know more about ISIS than the generals”.
Sexism has previously been a topic of discussion on the campaign trail after Trump accused Clinton of playing the “woman card” during the primary season in April, stating: “I think the only card she (Clinton) has is the women’s card”.
The alt-right movement, defined by the Southern Poverty Law Center as groups or individuals whose ideals center on “white identity”, once existed in underground online communities but has come to the forefront of the presidential election due to its proximity to the Trump campaign.
