Chris Gayle launches autobiography ‘Six Machine’ in Delhi

“Back then, I realised the importance of life”. It was a life-changing moment. “Thereafter I chose to enjoy my life to the fullest and I am still doing so”, he said.

Meanwhile, talking about his book, he said that his autobiography covers his journey from a young Jamaican boy to being the cricketer that he is at present. I don’t believe in boring.

Aggressive, cavalier, dangerous, and unabashedly flamboyant – these are but a few adjectives that pop into one’s mind when one thinks of Christopher Henry Gayle, a man both feared and admired by his competition. “I was angry to know that the opposition captain was starting the bowling with a spinner, so I chose to attack right from the word go and the first ball landed in the stands”, said the 36-year-old.
