Bills concerns mount after getting off to 0-2 start

The Jets needed every ounce of Matt Forte’s career night and Ryan Fitzpatrick’s deep throws as Gang Green dealt Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills a 37-31 defeat on Thursday Night Football. The Bills’ assistant head coach in charge of defense is Ryan’s brother, Rob.

After only notching five receptions for 69 yards, last week, wide receivers Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker had quite the bounce back. Decker led NY with six catches for 126 yards and a touchdown, while Marshall had six catches for 101 yards.

He missed only four plays spanning two series after having his knee examined.

“I thought it was over”.

I don’t think the Ravens offense will be as bad as it showed in week 1 against the Bills as the season goes along.

The Bills got within a touchdown on Mike Gillislee’s 18-yard scoring pass from Taylor with 1:17 left in the game. JP Losman was the last to do that in 2006.

Jets Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick went 24 of 34 for 374 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions.

Yet it was Fitzpatrick – who threw three picks in his last game here against his former team when the Jets suffered a disastrous loss in the season finale that kept them out of the playoffs – who emerged as the man of the hour in the game.
