Leak: Breath of the Wild Amiibo Release Date
With this reveal, it’s also expected a release date for Breath of the Wild will come along with the NX, which is scheduled to launch sometime in March. Nintendo has already confirmed that Breath of the Wild is a Nintendo NX launch title, so it is reasonable to expect the console, the game and the Amiibo to launch simultaneously.
Nintendo’s official word on the NX and Breath of the Wild has been “2017”, with their financials targeting a March 2017 window for the NX specifically. According to the report from IGN UK, Nintendo has not been very active in the past TGS events, thus making it seem like the showcasing of the console is just pure speculation from the fans and nothing else. However, the leak showed up as a sample at the bottom of the Nintendo France and United Kingdom amiibo page.
As shown in the image above, the figures in question will be available from March 4, 2017, which coincides with the launch of the game from the company that had been previously announced for Breath of the Wild.
As per iDigitalTimes, Nintendo France’s amiibo page had to be refreshed continuously to arrive at the “Breath of the Wild” amiibo popup.
Legend Of Zelda is one of the most popular Nintendo franchises, and the games itself are fantastic. The three amiibo shown is Link with his bow and arrow, Link on a horse, and a Guardian we see Link battle in the game.
“The Legend of Zelda” is set to be released on both Wii U and NX in 2017.
It should be noted that March 4th of 2017 would fall on a Saturday, whereas Nintendo’s usual releases fall on a Friday. Do you think this release date could point towards the release of the NX?
