Chiefs lament miscues, Chargers lamenting overtime loss

San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen suffered a torn ACL in their season-opening loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. It was a remarkable turnaround for the Chiefs.

Rivers had another nice game on Sunday, but this time against a team that has given him fits in the past. But I will tell you that (winning) doesn’t hurt you. He really was one of the positives in the first and second half.

Not that he wanted to dwell on his performance: “We have to watch the film and look at every play and analyze what we could have done better”, he said.
