IPhone 7 Users Not Happy With Another Thing Today
The new Lightning EarPods have been bundled by Apple in all iPhone 7 boxes, but the reported glitch apparently makes the multifunction remote control unusable.
Apple may have slayed the headphone jack in one fell swoop, but the iPhone 7 rollout has not been entirely problem-free. Business Insider is not sure if third-party Lightning-based headphones are affected, but there have been reports of similar bugs with the Lightning adapter.
Apple removed the standard headphone jack in the iPhone 7 in favor of wireless headphones or headphones that plug into the Lightning port. Apple Inc.is expected to unveil latest iterations of its smart phone, forecasted to be the iPhone 7.
According to a recent release sent by the company, the ET300 is the first of its kind to be launched in India, with the most advanced bluetooth and battery technologies for quality and maximum convenience.
Presumably, the software update referred to by Apple will fix the issues with the Lightning adapter, as well, but that’s not explicitly clear yet.
“People wait in line for days to get the phone when they can just go next month or so and avoid the commotion”, added Shelby.
It’s hardly been a week since iPhone 7 series reached stores and already we are hearing several technical issues, from the early Apple smartphone owners.
The business research provider also revealed the iPhone 7’s Bill of Materials – a financial estimate of the raw materials used, was at par with flagship smartphones from competitors including Samsung. The phenomenon has been called the “Hissgate” on social media but Apple has no comment as yet. Apple’s reasons for the move included being able to deliver higher quality audio and noise-cancelling features, as well as making the iPhone 7 thinner.
According to a report from Tech Radar, analyst Ming-Ching Kuo has stated that the phone may get rid of its metal casing in favor of an all-glass body.
