Coco Rocha: Gigi and Bella Hadid are the ‘real deal’
Gigi later took to Twitter to blast a media outlet for writing that she “aggressively lashed out” at Sediuk.
Raw: Livid Supermodel Gigi Hadid elbows attacker in the head after she’s grabbed exiting Italian Fashion Week. Her sister Bella was also on site at the time of the assault and yelled at the man to “let go of her!”.
In an email, Vitalii Sediuk confirmed that he had lifted Hadid off the ground, saying it was a form of protest against the use of celebrity models.
A disgusting moment that Hadid shouldn’t have had to deal with, though she was right: He did run away fast.
The supermodel, in Milan for Italy’s fashion week, was exiting MaxMara’s show arm-in-arm with sister Bella Hadid on their way to a chauffeured auto.
After the show, Hadid didn’t mention it on Isntagram, just posting a photo of herself with her sister.
What’s so interesting, however, is not so much Gigi (yawn), but rather the man behind it.
Gigi also later thanked her boxing coach for giving her the skills needed to defend herself in the situation, tweeting, “Thanked my boxing coach today”.
“The REAL fans who were at the scene can testify to what happened”. How this idiot may think he has the right to touch a total unknown. The model seemed to be in considerably better spirits than she was in on Wednesday, when she was lifted off the ground by a stranger while heading to a waiting auto with his sister.
Sediuk has become known for his altercations with celebrities including Brad Pitt and Kim Kardashian.
Gigi Hadid has remarked that the stranger who manhandled her at Milan Fashion Week should “count himself lucky” that her boyfriend Zayn Malik hadn’t been there to see it.
“By doing this, I encourage the fashion industry to put true talents on the runway and Vogue covers instead of well-connected cute girls from Instagram”, Sediuk told THR. “He ran quick tho”.
Something tells me she’s got it covered on her own just fine.
