MLB Score: Braves 6, Marlins 3

Atlanta’s Josh Collmenter (3-0) pitched seven innings and allowed two runs.

The Braves will hope to provide similar production in support of tonight’s starter, Matt Wisler, who is coming off a solid start against Washington in which he gave up just two runs over 5.2 innings.

“Who comes to his first baseball game in Miami and catches a baseball?” The key for Wisler moving forward is consistency, and if he is able to pitch well down the stretch it could have a major impact on the Braves’ offseason plans.

Hamari ejected Kemp and Braves manager Brian Snitker between innings. Wisler now owns a 4.93 ERA on the year, but has been much better in three of his past four starts. Urena made 16 relief appearances before the All-Star break, taking a loss against the Braves on May 28 when he allowed three runs on three hits in one inning.

Marlins: RHP Andrew Cashner (5-11, 5.27) will be looking to toss at least six innings for just the second time in his last nine starts.
