Early-absentee voters can still change ballots in at least four states
With Election Day 2016 less than a week away, voters anticipating trips to the polls should be aware of several rules to follow when going to cast their ballots. “Those results will be released just minutes afterward”.
Secretary of State Ruth Johnson is encouraging all eligible voters to cast their ballots in the presidential election Tuesday, Nov. 8.
