Florida wins SEC East with this incredible goal-line stand at LSU
A win against the Tigers and then cross-state rival Vandy next week would earn Tennessee a spot in the SEC Championship and a rematch against much-hated rival Alabama.
A team will lead by double digits at some point in the game.
The wait appeared to be worth it for No. 23 Florida (8-2, 6-2 SEC) as the Gators clinched the SEC East with a 13-10 victory on the road against No. 16 LSU (6-4, 4-3 SEC). A pair of rookie linebackers are going to be tasked with slowing down the Bayou Bengals’ explosive running backs.
The Tigers rank 16th in the nation against the run (114.1).
