Kanye West hospitalized in Los Angeles, network confirms

Dr Farzam is believed to have told police that Kanye wasn’t violent but would likely become so when police came to assist in his hospitalisation.

Farzam reportedly told police that the rapper had attempted to assault a staff member at the gym where he was working out.

Kardashian had been expected to make her first public appearance Monday night since she was tied up and robbed at gunpoint last month in Paris.

The patient was “medically stable” when taken to a hospital, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Brian Humphrey, who also did not identify that person as West.

Hours earlier the 39-year-old star had abruptly cancelled the rest of his USA tour without explanation and on Saturday he stormed offstage 20 minutes into a concert.

TMZ reports that Kanye was at the home of his trainer Harley Pasternak at around 1:20 pm local time when paramedics arrived.

Kanye “is exhausted and now dealing with sleep deprivation”, one anonymous insider tells People.

He cancelled his Sunday performance at the Forum in Inglewood, Los Angeles, three hours before it was supposed to start.
