The farm is at 6694 Yellow Creek Road in Ball Ground. The operation even offers a train that takes passengers to see Santa Claus and it has shops that sell all types of Christmas greenery. Smaller lights are strung near the tree, and additional lights are set up near the sidewalk.
The Millers and manager Greg Britton oversee the business, which has more than 20,000 Christmas trees growing on more than 30 acres.
For the first time, the Club will be “netting” trees for ease of handling and transportation. In general, a fresh, well-cared-for Christmas tree should be able to remain in the home for three to four weeks. “That will be easily achieved this year, but the investment they made in the years down the road didn’t pan out, largely due to the drought”.

The farm also has six other varieties for sale this season – Fraser fir, Canaan fir, blue spruce, Black Hills spruce, white spruce and one long-needle variety, white pine. Once you get your tree home do not forget to check the water daily.
Carnesville will light its tree December 1 at 6 p.m.at Carnesville City Park.
A tree lighting ceremony also kicks off at 5:30 p.m.in Wrightsville Beach.
