Obama warns Trump that US underpins world order
Donald Trump is on a roll. We just experienced the worst economic crisis since the 1930s, and our economy recovered more quickly and more strongly than just about any other wealthy country. Well, she is going to get more votes than Trump, perhaps as many as 2 million more according to estimates.
After the two spoke for a few minutes, reporters heard Obama say, “OK” and the two men shook hands before the USA president walked to his seat.
Today his so-called foundation admitted to a policy of self-dealing. But questions about the future of Trump’s considerable real estate holdings have only increased since then, as family members have taken on a visible role on Trump’s presidential transition. Present in the room was Trump’s daughter, Ivanka. “But it’s important for us to remember … after the election, that we’re Democrats and Republicans, but we’re Americans and patriots first”.
As a Trump supporter, you’re probably thinking that was a good thing, because the press always lies.
“At any given moment there’s going to be flare-ups of bigotry that you may have to confront, or may be inside you and you have to vanquish”.
Speaking afterwards, Mr Putin said he and Mr Obama had noted that while their working relationship over the years had been hard, they’d “always respected each other’s positions – and each other”.
And the president, who campaigned vigorously for Clinton and showed visible disdain for Trump before his victory, has offset his words of reassurance with subtle digs at his successor by emphasizing themes of democratic values in Europe and Peru that Trump has been criticized for ignoring.
But if his efforts at influencing the president-elect fail, the newspaper notes Obama has “made it clear that once out of office he will not remain silent if Mr. Trump goes too far in undoing his legacy”.
It is generally recognized that most section of USA media have conducted itself with very partisan attitude during the Presidential poll and it openly called for the defeat of Trump.
It was unclear whether their agenda was really as busy as all that.
President Obama in Lima took up a strong defense of the Democratic Party, saying that he wasn’t “worried about being the last Democratic president”.
Kuczynski, whose wife Nancy is from Wisconsin, said another sign to him was how close the polls were in her home state and Pennsylvania, where they lived before he won the presidency of Peru.
“I would say don’t do it, that’s awful, ’cause I’m gonna bring this country together”, Trump said. He may not be able to coerce people to patronize all of his properties, but he may have to send USA troops into foreign countries to defend them.
