Eagles have slim chance to make playoffs after loss to Packers

Monday Night Football is a must-win for both the Eagles and the Packers, but Green Bay is desperate for a win to stay alive in the NFC Playoffs race.

Philadelphia (5-6) dropped below.500 for the first time this season, getting just a pair of field goals after driving 81 yard for a touchdown on its first series.Quarterback Carson Wentz started 6-for-6 for 70 yards and finished the drive with a 1-yard touchdown run, but couldn’t get the Eagles into the end zone again.

The wildcard may still be a mathematical possibility, but the Eagles now sit in the 11th spot out 16 NFC teams.

The Packers QB said he tweaked his hamstring on the team’s first drive of the second half but that the injury wouldn’t bother him going forward.

Meanwhile, Rodgers continued to back up his words.
