Mitt Romney has ‘increasing hope’ about Donald Trump after second meeting
Romney ate dinner with Trump and Reince Priebus in New York City late Tuesday amid speculation he may be the next secretary of State.
Trump is also considering U.S. Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee, who is chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
But the multi-millionaire has changed his tune since Trump was elected to the White House.
The trio dined on sautéed frog legs, prime sirloin with a citrus glaze and carrots for the main course. For dessert they indulged in chocolate cake.

“These discussions I’ve had with him have been enlightening and engaging and interesting”.
“It’s not easy winning”.
“Bill, I don’t know if your cameras picked it up, in that little clip, both Reince Priebus and Donald Trump were having filet”, Huckabee said. “He did something I tried to do and was unsuccessful in”, Romney said. He won the general election.
The Washington Post reported Romney’s campaign estimates his net worth to be an $250 million.
According to Romney, Trump was “a phony and a fraud”, whose promises were “as worthless as a degree from his bogus university”.
“He was begging for my endorsement”.
“A statesman like Mitt in the position would really quell a lot of the fears that Trump has ignited in some of these countries as they figure out how to deal with this new administration”, said Jowers. Mitt Romney as the president-elect’s search for his next secretary of state intensifies.
After all of this, it’s entirely possible that Trump will decide not to go with Romney.
DeWit said he trusts Trump’s decision making ability. It isn’t a matter of warfare.
He also added a shout out to US ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton who Trump will meet with Friday.
Trump senior adviser Kellyanne Conway had dismissed Romney as a potential candidate for any Cabinet position, tweeting over the weekend that the “volume & intensity of grassroots resistance to Romney is breathtaking”.
Conway said she was speaking on behalf of “grassroots supporters” who would feel “betrayed” if Trump chose Romney.
“That’s one of his great attributes, but we’ll just have to see what happens”, Hatch said.
