Motorola appears to be giving up on smartwatches
Google already pushed the upgraded OS’s launch to next year, and several manufacturers, Motorola included, skipped releasing a new smartwatch for the 2016 holiday season. And now the users got more insight into the features of Moto X due to its hands-on images leaked online. As is the tradition that Motorola has been following with its phones, the new year’s flagship variant will also come with a “Plus” variant.
Moto Z, Z Force and Z Play owners will have two new snap-on Moto Mods to choose from: a vehicle dock from Incipio that automatically triggers Google’s auto mode when you attach it, and a Sophie-Made battery pack.
We are still a month away from moving into to another year but have a feeling that the Moto X 2017 will show up again in the very near future.
Later, Android Soul updated its post and reported that the leaked specs and images of Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus are fake.
As per the leaked screen grab posted on theandroidsoul, the Moto G5 and G5 Plus will have 5.5 inch display with Full HD resolution and run an Octa core chipset. Are you looking forward to the release of the Moto X 2017?
After Lenovo acquisition of Motorola, we have serious changes in terms of Moto devices.
As for Moto Mods that are ready to go now, another battery pack 3000mAh in size from Mophie and an Incipio vehicle dock with charging and a 3.5mm audio output will add even more functionality to this already fantastic phone. Motorola was one of the most prominent supporters of Android Wear, and now it’s getting out. The technology is said to deliver lossless and improved audio quality via USB.
Moto series smartphones possess a consistently slim body in all of its platforms but Motorola must have been churn out the way to offload the extra camera and then add external batteries to power the device.
This handset has a 16MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus and dual LED flash along with an 8MP selfie- shooter on board, and 3,050 -mAh battery for fast charging.
