Croix County Recount ‘Accurate’; Broken Warranty Seals on Machines Explained

The appeals court told the MI elections board to reconsider Stein’s petition and reject it.
This means the recount must now stop. Judge Mark Goldsmith acted Wednesday night, a day after the state appeals court said the Green Party candidate isn’t eligible to seek a recount of millions of vote cast November 8.
But another supporter of Stein’s efforts doubts that recount was valid. In Montgomery County, the GOP alleged that voters could not file their recount affidavits because they allegedly failed to pay a “required” $50 court filing fee, even though the voters paid nearly double that fee.
The Green Party has launched presidential recounts in three states, which is unprecedented.
