New Photos from ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6 Surface

According to reports, audiences of the bloody AMC series will be introduced to a slew of new characters – some of whom comic book readers may remember from Robert Kirkman’s beloved series of the same name. Cloyd shared a romantic relationship with the character Heath, who is also being brought to life for season 6 by “Straight Outta Campton” actor Corey Hawkins. One of the show’s producers, Denise Huth, admitted that half of the season is “dark” and “sad”.

Gimple also made mention of Ethan Embry who will debut in the series as Carter.

“Ethan plays a combo of a few characters that we actually haven’t hit yet or weren’t able to hit in other characters,” showrunner Scott Gimble told Entertainment Weekly. Spoilers concerning The Walking Dead comic books and TV series are ahead, so read on at your risk.

Merritt Weaver will play an established character from the comics, Dr. Denise Cloyd.

Following speculation surrounding the latest cast members to join season 6 of “The Walking Dead“, new revelations and photos have come to light. (Not that kind of playing doctor, Richonne hopefuls.)
