Rahul asks PM to disclose about kickbacks
Choudhary told ANI, “When the Supreme Court has dismissed it already, then why is Rahul Gandhi putting all these allegations on Prime Minister Narendra Modi?”.
Demanding an independent inquiry, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused PM Narendra Modi, during his regime as Gujarat’s CM, has taken kickbacks worth Rs 65 crore from corporate houses.
The prime minister said that the Opposition’s criticism of the demonetisation of high-value currency notes was exposing their “black mind” to the people of the country. While the BJP on its part has rubbished the charge of receiving bribes, Modi himself will be watched for what, apart from mocking Rahul, he has to say on the matter.
Modi’s BJP immediately dismissed the allegation, accusing Gandhi of being “angry” and “desperate” after his party suffered successive poll defeats recently. He could not stop here, but indirectly attacked on Yuva Neta (Rahul Gandhi) for his statement that how cashless is possible if 50 percent people in the country are illiterate.
The Congress leader, who had undertaken a “Deoria to Delhi” padayatra to highlight the plight of farmers, said he had met the Prime Minister to seek waiver of farmers’ loans but the latter was non-committal.
Aapne (PM Modi) mujhe Parliament me bolne nahi diya.
Prasad further said the Amethi MP is silent on the scams by members in the erstwhile UPA government.
He asked, “Did any one of you get Rs 15 lakh as promised by Modi ji during 2014 elections? Any corrupt person can make an entry in the name of the Prime Minister and this cannot be treated as credible evidence”, the Bench added.
“Whether Vyapam, Lalit Modi, GSPC or now Sahara diaries, they reveal the sleazy, crony capitalism of BJP State governments”.
Prime Minster Narendra Modi gave an epic reply to shut the mouth of RaGa and made the audience burst into laughter.Modi was commenting on Gandhi’s oratory skills and how well it had improvised over the years.
“People of India have stopped taking him seriously”.
