Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor might not be any closer to meeting inside a boxing ring, but the verbal sparring between the two fighters hasn’t stopped.
McGregor’s legal team will challenge sanctions meted out to the current UFC lightweight champion by Nevada state.
His last loss came at the hands of Mayweather in their highly anticipated fight in May 2015.
And if Mayweather-McGregor does happen, Pacquiao gives the MMA fighter no shot to win.
UFC president Dana White recently offered both men $25 million to battle it out, but Mayweather scoffed at the offer.
The UFC lightweight is set to follow in the footsteps of bitter rival Conor McGregor.
And people were quick to question Mayweather’s claims by tweeting at the 39-year-old various other calculations of McGregor’s wealth. “I’m not going to pay him way more money than I’m going to pay my guy”, he said.
