Robin Thicke served restraining order, can’t go near ex, son
TMZ reports that the judge in the custody case has taken away custody from the R&B singer and issued a restraining order because he found that Thicke “has a history of domestic violence”. She accused her ex-husband of physically abusing their son – citing excessive spanking – and also mentioned Thicke’s alleged problems with drinking and drug abuse.

According to Patton’s 52-page request for a domestic violence restraining order, the 41-year-old claims, “Robin had a temper and could be volatile at times”, and went on to provide examples of abusive incidents.
Robin, in 2007, was already 29-years-old and in his second year of marriage to now-ex-wife Paula Patton.
After she fell asleep, Thicke allegedly tried to have sex with one of the other partygoers but apparently couldn’t perform because he was so coked out. Earlier this week it seemed the one-time couple was trying to mend their relationship as they were spotted at a Los Angeles’ building where they were reportedly undergoing therapy.
In addition, his lawyer filed a declaration with the judge with information about an open investigation on Patton for “emotional abuse”, Daily Mail says.
Also mentioned in her lengthy document were detailed accounts of Thicke’s infidelity, which caused the actress to reach her breaking point in 2013, following the MTV VMAs.
Regarding the first claim, she cited an alleged incident on January 19 that she said was “terrifying” for both her and Julian.
In more recent encouraging news, People reported this month that Thicke and Patton were attending family therapy sessions together as they work through their custody issues. She claims he threatened multiple times to “bash my f***ing head in”.
In the 52-word document, Patton proceeds to detail the volatile encounters endured by the actions of Thicke. “Robin quite simply emotionally wore me down”, Patton said of the marriage, which ended in divorce in 2015.
Patton claims their marriage was pushed to the breaking point in Feburary 2013, during the filming of Warcraft.
The “Blurred Lines” singer previously admitted to light-spanking as a form of punishment on an infrequent basis, and said Patton was okay with it.
