Galaxy S8: Amazing new AI confirmed
The Galaxy S8, Samsung’s successor to its current flagship, is nearly on its way, and a few more details were made available before its release within the next few months. The phone’s release date is expected a month later.
No, we still had to see the first official render of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and thanks to AndroidPure, today was the day indicated.
The leaked image reveals the front and back of the handset. New rumors about the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S8 suggest that users will be able to turn their handset into an Android-running desktop computer. Both of the new Samsung Galaxy S8’s support standard earbuds. The reliable source, Evan Blass, finally unveiled Samsung’s next flagship phone. This upcoming smartphone has so many interesting features in it with an extra feature of the heat pipe cooling system.
The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge might have been successful in the worldwide market but the tech company’s Note 7 did the opposite due to explosions and recalls which managed to lose the trust of thousands of customers.
Both versions will feature 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory which can be augmented by an SD card.
The smartphones will also have displays that are larger than Samsungs traditionally oversized second-half flagship, the Galaxy Note, the report says. While The Guardian also reports that both S8 models will boast dual-edge curved displays.
Other leaked specifications include a 12MP main camera with a new visual search feature, an 8MP front-facing camera with built-in iris scanning capabilities, a built-in virtual assistant dubbed Siri, and a 256GB-capable microSD slot. The Galaxy S8 seems like worth waiting if these expectations are right. The 5.8-inch S8 should be €799 (£680) while the 6.2-inch model should be €899 (£765).
As per the report, the Galaxy S8 will feature Samsung’s new AI personal assistant, called Bixby, developed based on the technology gained from the Viv-lab, which Samsung acquired in October previous year. Samsung is reported to be releasing the phone across the world on 21st of April.
The Galaxy S8 resembles last year’s Galaxy S7, especially considering the rear part of the phone.
