Destiny 2 confirmed for 2017, Activision already promising “follow on content plans”
Activision will release a “full” sequel to the original Destiny this year alongside post-launch content. In an update, Activision says the 2017 edition will seek to broaden the brand’s global reach which in addition with other plans, set the foundation for growth.
In January 2016, another Kotaku report also penned by Schreier revealed that Destiny 2 had been delayed until 2017 from its planned release past year.
