The boy again said he told the officer he was going to “sue him”, not “shoot” him.
Anaheim police said they have been receiving calls from people upset about the video from across the U.S., with email inboxes and department voicemail boxes for administrators have been clogged. They took over the area of Euclid Street and Palais Road, where the fracas occurred, and clogged intersections Wednesday night. Police then called in tactical teams and arrested at least ten men, eight women, and six juveniles.
The arrested protesters were allegedly near the house of the police officer responsible for the Tuesday video, whose name had not been released.
Footage appearing to show the off-duty officer in an altercation with a group of teenagers was uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday.
The skirmish and gunfire was caught on cell phone video that has since been widely circulated, contributing to protests that turned violent in Anaheim Wednesday night, resulting in almost two dozen arrests. The teen says that the officer is hurting him and tells him to “let me go. Our city will move forward without delay”.

The officer is now on administrative leave.
