It is clearly hoping that nostalgia for the classic device will entice buyers, alongside the fact it has a battery life of 22-hours of talk time, the classic game Snake and the once ubiquitous Nokia ringtone.
Available in gloss red and yellow and matte blue and grey, the Nokia 3310 has a 2.4-inch colour screen, Bluetooth 3.0, an FM radio, LED torch, microSD card support up to 32GB and a two megapixel camera. The new Nokia 3310 is a feature phone that banks on 2.5G connectivity for data and runs S30+ operating system. Analysts Techcircle spoke to were of the view that Nokia would want to target the offline retail space in India, in order to capture the brand value it has built over the years.

The Nokia 3 has a Corning Gorilla Glass laminated 5-inch display and 8MP wide aperture front and back cameras. The original phone, which came out in 2000 and saw sales of more than 125 million, wound up generating countless memes for both its reliability and for being virtually indestructible.
Under the agreement, Nokia will receive royalty payments from HMD for sales of every Nokia branded mobile phone or tablet.
