Oscars 2017 failed due to concentration on my policies – Donald Trump

Well, in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Trump felt politics were at fault. Hollywood publications have already taken to calling the moment the most significant debacle in Oscars history. “He feels very, very bad and awful”.

“I don’t know if you know this but I hosted the Oscars last night”, Kimmel quipped, opening his ABC show. “It was the ideal end to the night, but then obviously once the whole enbvelope thing happened, it got scrapped”.

This led to Dunaway announcing La La Land as the victor instead of Moonlight, before an embarrassing on-stage backtrack during Sunday night’s ceremony.

In case you somehow missed it, the Oscars dissolved into chaos Sunday night.

When the evening’s final presenter Warren Beatty was making his way on stage, he was accidentally handed a backup envelope for Best Actress – which was won by Emma Stone for La La Land.

Others, from presenter Gael Garcia Bernal to Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science President Cheryl Boone Isaacs, used their time onstage to address the anti-immigrant sentiment that’s has been a hallmark of support for Trump.

Kimmel tweeted #MerylSaysHi at Trump at the Oscars. “That’s gone, thanks to him”.

The first-time Oscars host looked shaken and upset, as did the rest of the A-list audience, but nonetheless, Kimmel was well-reviewed for putting on an entertaining show with creative bits and a spot-on monologue.

“I’m now sitting in the audience watching the speeches”.

“My absence is out of respect for the people of my country and those of the other six nations who have been disrespected by the inhumane law that bans entry of immigrants to the U.S.”, Farhadi said in a statement.

One person who escaped much of the fallout? Tons of people had taken potshots on Twitter (I’m sure you saw a few floating around) and Facebook.

Jimmy also said “when you do a show like this, you aren’t just the host, you’re also the lead detective, the sheriff of the show”, and that’s why he asked Warren some more questions after the Oscars wrapped up.
