President Trump Supporters Rally At Hunter Park
The crowd responded with a resounding “No!”
“We’re here to show that we’ll protect marginalized people and that this kind of hatred won’t be tolerated”, said Vern Aguilar, an East Bay resident who wore black and whose face was covered with a bandanna. “Thank you for making America great again”.
“The tea party group that runs the Spirit of America rallies don’t represent the community or the city of Woodstock as a whole”, she said.
“I feel there’s been a lot of anti-Trump, untrue statements made about him, so I’m here to show that the silent majority does support Trump”, David Tevaria, a Trump supporter at one of the rallies, said. Pat Poprik, chairwoman of the Bucks County Republican Committee, asked the crowd gathered in the park near the Delaware River.
“Go get a job”, one Trump supporter yelled.
“They say that there’s a witch hunt out for them and I am the witch that is hunting them”, she said, gesturing to the Trump supporters.
“For the first time in 50 years, I’ve got a president that makes me excited”. “No Trump, no KKK, no fascist U.S.!” they yelled. Rally participants responded by chanting “Trump!”
“You can say what you want to”, Rabin said.

The rally, sponsored by a group called N.C. Deplorables United, took up about a quarter of Halifax Mall, a grassy area in downtown Raleigh surrounded by state government buildings.
“It’s nice to be surrounded by people who share your morals and opinions”, Denver rally attendee Chelsea Thomas, who brought a life-size cardboard cutout of Trump, told The Associated Press.
“This is Berkeley’s second chance [to show] that they support freedom of speech and freedom of assembly”, he said. “We are behind him 100 percent”.
“We’re going to confront and defeat the Trump movement”, protect organizer Benjamin Lynch said.
Jovi Vaughn, who helped organize Saturday’s rally outside Trump Tower, insisted that he’s there to unite the country under the president.
“We hope they’re demoralized”, Lynch said.
Holding a sign that read “Women 4 Trump”, Susan Ebralin, 48, attended the rally with her family from Dallas.
The two USA vets contributed time and money to Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
“I was hurt by an illegal alien in a vehicle accident in Chicago, where I nearly lost my leg and my life.The topic (of Illegal immigration) hits my heart and is a passion for me”, DeBartolo said.
He said he has a message for anyone who is against Trump: “Back off”, he said.
