Father Karan Johar Introduces Twins Roohi and Yash To The World
A top BMC official has confirmed the news.
At the wedding reception of Aditya and Renu, Karan managed to avoid any questions on his new status while we are sure he got a lot of congratulatory hugs.
One of the fiercest episodes of Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee with Karan season 5 was the one featuring Kangana Ranaut, and Saif Ali Khan.
In a recent interview, Johar lashed out at the actress, claiming that she did not understand what nepotism meant at all in the first place. Don’t think I am being cagey by not answering about it. She openly called him out for nepotism, in a witty, well-framed set of words. “She will always remain in my prayers”, he said.
He also added that if he wished, he could have edited her sensational comments out. From Shakun Batra to Abhishek Varman to Rensil D’Silva to Tarun Mansukhani, the director has backed films which were helmed by newbies, most of who are successful filmmakers today.
After Kapoor and Sons, his Dharma Productions is set to release “Badrinath Ki Dulhania” starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.
He went on to say that he has not promoted any of his family members in the industry but instead introduced 13 directors who had no ties with Bollywood. The filmmaker said that maybe he is not interested in working with her and hence, has never approached her.
Karan said, “I was gracious enough to keep everything”.
Firstly, he clarified how he let Kangana speak her mind on the show.
“Lawmakers think that a gay person can’t be a good parent, but research done in U.S. has established that a gay father is more caring than a normal parent”.
He also blasted her on every stand she took against the industry. “That doesn’t make me a “movie mafia”; that makes me a man with an opinion”, he asserted.
