President Trump urges followers to ‘honor role of women’
President Donald Trump tweeted Wednesday morning in recognition of International Women’s Day.

Often, those assurances have come in response to a controversy over something he has said or allegedly done. It also serves to highlight the ongoing struggle for gender equality worldwide. I can’t say enough good about him. And I was embarrassed by it. I offer a female perspective, celebrate pleasure equality, show sex as a respectful, lovely interaction.
Another instance that I will never forget is the opportunity to meet and speak with 10,000 tribal women at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences.

For UNESCO, the main engine for change rests on education, training, and the possibility given to all girls and women of pursuing careers in research, politics and culture. I was proud when Norway elected one of the world’s first female prime ministers in 1981.
I don’t have the answers to this challenge, but I do know it’s not all bad news.
