Jon Stewart on White House meetings: It’s not a secret

The South African comedian, Trevor Noah, spoke in Beverly Hills on Wednesday where he said he is feeling pressure to reassure Stewart made the right choice in choosing him. So it might not be surprising that once Stewart leaves on August 6 and Noah takes over on September 28, the show will lose a lot of its Jewish flavor.

While Obama’s recently revealed relationship with Jon Stewart may be an indictment of both Obama and Stewart’s integrity, it is but a single example the power of the media’s abilities to manipulate and direct public opinion. But that’s what I like about “The Daily Show”: “It’s like checks and balances”. According to a Politico report published Tuesday, Jon Stewart had visited Obama the White House in 2011 and in 2014. Seth Rollins stopped by The Daily Show on Thursday night to catch up with his old, hacky sack-stomping buddy, Jon Stewart, and return a long overdue favor.

Kilborn, a vet of ESPN’s “SportsCenter” at the time, put in two years behind the desk, commanding a show that skewered pop culture and featured Kilborn demonstrating his charm and intellect.
Many believe that Stewart’s natural next step would be to enter politics.
