Watch The Irish Prime Minister Shade Donald Trump TO HIS FACE!
Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny is urging President Donald Trump to help Irish people living in the US illegally, saying they just want to “make America great”.
But Kenny did visit, and the two had the traditional shamrock ceremony, where the President receives a bowl of the clovers. He was just sharing his thoughts, he said, when he posted the poems online, and never expected a powerful USA president to come across them – much less to conflate them with Ireland. “And that’s what people want”.
“We would like this to be sorted”.
“America never turned its back on Ireland; we need Ireland now to stand with us”.
Kenny said he briefed the U.S. president about Ireland’s concerns about the impact of Brexit on the island of Ireland. But his remarks contained subtle jabs at Trump’s anti-immigrant policies and skeptical comments about the EU.
Meanwhile Solidarity TDs have responded to U.S President Donal Trump’s declaration that he intends to visit Ireland during his term of office by saying that he won’t be welcomed but will be met with protests of opposition.
“Many distinguished themselves in the American Civil War with their grit and their bravery and their courage, earning the nickname the fighting Irish”, said Trump.
“It’s fitting that we gather here each year to celebrate St. Patrick and his legacy”, Kenny said in the East Room of the White House with Trump standing by.
“Always keep in mind to forget the friends that proved untrue”.
“Top of the morning”, said Vice President Pence, as he hosted Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny at his residence for breakfast Thursday.
Kenny also plans to push Trump on his plans for Irish people living in the country illegally.
“Today’s announcement is a profound recognition of the importance that Ireland attaches to all of our citizens, wherever they may be”, Kenny said speaking at an Irish Memorial in Philadelphia earlier this week.
“If the allegation was true that the Irish state was doing sweetheart deals with any company, any of the others could say, ‘What about me?'” Kenny said.
(He says he also loves “basketball, music, poems, video games and sleeping.”) His Facebook and LinkedIn profile list him as a business manager at the First Bank of Nigeria. “You beat them all”.
