Bill Gates again tops Forbes rich list; Trump slips 220 spots
Forbes said there were 195 new billionaires, adding that Mainland China had the most of that number with 76.
Goh Cheng Liang, who holds a 39 per cent stake in Japan’s Nippon Paint holdings, remains Singapore’s richest man with a net worth of US$6.5 billion and a ranking of 219 on the Forbes list.

Forbes released its annual list of the world’s billionaires Monday, and plenty of high earners with local connections made the list.
The meeting comes at a time of acute tension in the approaches of the U.S. President and the world’s richest man to worldwide development.
With the continuous growth of DoubleDragon Properties, Edgar Sia became the youngest Filipino to be included in this year’s list, landing at the 1940 place with a net worth of $1 billion.
