Samsung Galaxy S8: Making iPhone 7, Galaxy S7 Edge Look Dull
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is expected to be released in August 2017. It is also rumored that the developer showed off the upcoming device at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. But that won’t give you a nice hint about the phones’ sizes. The new VR experience can be the thing to check here. The Note Series is always known for its large and high-resolution screen with S-Pen Stylus Support.
While we won’t know the differences between the Galaxy phones and the iPhone 8 until the fall, that hasn’t stopped the rumor machine from working overtime to dig out specifications.
While a bright purple phone had originally been teased, it now appears that the S8 colour schemes will be a bit more muted, at least on day one. The choice isn’t a surprise because OEMs usually go for the more basic variant while the bigger model will just be an improved version. You can manage all the operations of the gadget through voice command.
Samsung has already employed AKG’s audio services in the Galaxy Tab S3 by implementing quad-stereo speakers tuned by the company, so it’s good to see the company is putting its acquisition to use so quickly. And now, we know how remarkably powerful these hot new handsets are going to be. The smaller S8 device may be similar in size to the Galaxy S7 Edge, which could mean its price could also be similar.
The new Galaxy S8 AnTuTu benchmark video also highlights the advancements in processor technology, as both the Snapdragon 839 and the Exynos 8895 run on a 10-nanometer architecture as opposed to the 14-nm architecture of older processors. As the bezels up front are narrow, Samsung has moved the Fingerprint sensor to the rear.
Lining up alongside the stand black offering will be silver and grey models.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus are said to pack some of the best specs and features in the smartphone market today. We do have to wait for the official launch that will happen next week.
