Brittany Howard Joins Paul McCartney At Lollapalooza
Another big plus for Lollapalooza over most other festivals is that it is located smack dab in the middle of Chicago so it is easily accessible by public transportation unlike Coachella or Bonnaroo which are remotely located. McCartney asked again. “You know I’m trying to get back on home, Paul!”
According to Mic, tickets for Lollapalooza this weekend sold out within less than an hour, leaving a lot of disappointed music lovers. She performed her hits “Habits” and “Talking Body”. Howard cried. “Me, too, baby”, McCartney added, with a huge smile – and the group returned to the song’s familiar loping groove for another fun sing-along encore. The popular EDM DJ returns to Miami to play Bayfront Park on October 16.
The Weeknd, best known for his song “Can’t Feel My Face”, took to the BudLight Stage on Friday evening.

The show ended with the trio performing “Let It Be,”Live and Let Die” that was enhanced with fireworks and pyrotechnics, and finally “Hey Jude”, when crowed joined a massive echo of singalong”. The former Beatle appealed to a crowd of all ages, from opening his set with “Magical Mystery Tour” to playing a duet with Alabama Shake’s Brittany Howard.
