Redditor Who Reportedly Created Trump’s CNN-Wrestling GIF Apologizes

But significant numbers of Americans apparently approve of the smackdown video.

By Monday, the post had been retweeted 295,000 times.

This week, Trump had launched a crude personal attack on Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough, who headline the Morning Joe program on the left-leaning MSNBC cable network. He also implied that his critics are wrong to suggest that it is beneath the office of the presidency to attack rivals on Twitter.

Before impeachment, which requires a two-thirds majority in each house of Congress, Trump could be stripped of access to his second-most important platform after the White House: Twitter.

The Telegraph pointed out that during the campaign period, the Republican Party presidential candidate told voters if he would win, Trump would be too busy to visit the golf courses he owns.

“I am extremely pleased to see that [CNN] has finally been exposed as [fake news] and garbage journalism”, read a July 1 tweet by Trump. “We need a bully who will fight for people like me who don’t have a voice”. “This is the same level or more access that we had with the Obama administration”.

Most of the “fake news” media interpreted the “fake” wrestling match as a real threat of violence against them. “I hope they don’t”.
