If you have them as a friend on one of the apps you’ve connected, it’ll ping them via that app, keeping everything in one place while allowing you to communicate across platforms.

Amazon’s personal assistant Alexa may also be integrated in some shape or form. User can even share his/her location through the app. In addition to this, business chat is also available alongside the ability to listen to music simultaneously. This feature was recently added in Facebook’s messenger where user can directly with the brands of which they see the adverts.
