Alternate Justice League trailer has even more new footage
While we are at a month of the release, on 17 November, a new and final trailer has been unveiled at Comic Con in NY, and there was Superman.
Tugging at our heartstrings, with subtle help from Hans Zimmer’s Man of Steel score, Amy Adams’ Lois Lane walks onto the porch of the Kent house in Smallville to see Henry Cavill’s Clark Kent standing in the cornfield. We also glimpse Gotham City Police Commissioner Gordon (JK Simmons) and a band of Amazons who, along with their horses, apparently left Themyscira to fight the big bad. Cyborg gets to do something cool in the new trailer, including saving Aquaman from falling.
Stay put until the end of the trailer to see The Flash express his enthusiasm like a kid in a candy store!
You can’t keep a good Superman down. We can save that for the inevitable sequel. “United.” It ends with the same amusing Flash clip that caps the final trailer, with Barry (Ezra Miller) pointing to the Bat Signal in the sky and calling it “awesome”.
A new Justice League trailer has been released today. And Superman’s return will likely be the big moment of the third act, with his revival giving his new super friends the boost they need to conquer otherworldly ravager Steppenwolf (Ciarán Hinds) and his army of Parademons. With how close the movie is to its release, it’s possible this is the last trailer that shows footage of what’s to come in this Warner Bros. film.
Anyway, we have a brand new trailer showcasing the talents of the other members of DC’s superteam including Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg.
Co-starring Ezra Miller (who naturally gets another amusing one-liner), J.K. Simmons, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons, Connie Nielsen, Amber Heard, and Willem Dafoe, Justice League opens on November 17, 2017.
