Massive inflatable Minion gets loose in Dublin and causes traffic mayhem
Dublin, Ireland was rocked on Monday afternoon when a 40-foot-tall inflatable Minion broke free from its restraints and crashed down in the middle of Old Swords Road, according to local reports.
“We were driving down to the shopping centre and we saw the giant balloon coming towards us”, Erin told Independent.ie.
The sight of a Garda patrol vehicle arriving at the scene is something to behold.
She said it had been very windy in the area, and called the Gardaí, who let the air out of the giant inflatable.
It’s not every day you see a giant inflatable Minion causing a traffic jam during rush hour.
The minion knocked the wing mirror off a auto but, thankfully, nobody was hurt.
They came and sorted it all out.
The fantastic images caused much hilarity on social media.
The minion, which was said to be around 40 feet high has tragically been put down after its behaviour.
