Chris Brown’s baby mama `fears` to leave Royalty alone with him
Nia Guzman has filed documents asking that Brown only be allowed to see his daughter Royalty under supervision, according to TMZ.com, after Brown filed for joint custody. This surely isn’t the last we’ll hear of this court battle!
Nia claims the Fine China singer isn’t ready for all the responsibilities of raising a child. Of course, if this is the case, she has every right to be anxious about her child’s safety and environment.
Members of the notorious Los Angeles-based gang, the Bloods, have also been implicated in the act.
As previously reported, Brown has been paying Guzman $2,500 a month to take care of Royalty, which he believes is more than fair for their child.
Allegedly, Chris Brown only recently found out he has a biological daughter.
The filing was just the latest blow in the ongoing legal issues between Chris and Nia, who conceived Royalty during a fling.
Guzman has accused Brown and his friends of having substance abuse problems as another reason for supervised visitation.
‘A lot has changed in my life. “Best thing I’m most thankful for is my daughter”. Either way, the two appear destined to appear back in court and before a judge.
It has been reported that Brown was furious after Royalty was sent to visit his mother when he was supposed to be visiting with the little girl.
New reports indicate that Guzman also plans to seek full custody of the child by arguing Brown is “too irresponsible” to co-parent on his own.
