WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy. Low: 41. South wind 8 to 11 miles per hour. Partly sunny, with a high near 75. Southwest wind 5 to 8 miles per hour. East northeast wind around 13 miles per hour. Low pressure will move off the shore of New Jersey and reform.
