Apple might debut low-priced iPad with updated Pencil at Chicago event
The 9.7-inch iPad is reportedly an affordable entry despite having support for the Apple Pencil peripheral.
According to research firm Frost & Sullivan, the global educational technology market generated $17.7 billion in revenue a year ago.
Last year, LG warned that one of its divisions was shaping a team to develop a new project, at the request of Apple, which would be responsible for designing a flexible screen for a future iPhone.
However, Apple might achieve the feat much earlier than expected, if it decides to go aggressive with its assembly plans in India. Previous reports speculated that a new Apple Pencil could be in the works and that the next-generation peripheral could have a magnetic system, which would allow it to easily attach to the side of an iPad. Apple could also launch this variant in a dual-SIM card variant, which could be available in European and Asian countries.
Now, Apple appears to be going after the market again by releasing a slew of cheaper products, as well as new education software. Rumors from a few years ago pinned 2018 as the year of the bendy phone, but chances of seeing such a device within the next nine months are slim to none. Still, the fact that we may see Apple take yet another design departure with the successors to the iPhone 11 speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to keeping things fresh and introducing new ideas to their product family. Apple Watch owners who sleep while wearing the smartwatch are accidentally calling 911 because the device’s crown is set to automatically send for help when it’s pressed for several seconds. Recall that Apple has begun to develop its own screens microLED endowed with many advantages over OLED they do not burn. When the iPhone unfolds, the screen would expand tablet size, according to the report.
In the past, Apple has found little success with citywide student deals for iPads.
But there was more to Apple’s week than talk of education. According to a recent Bloomberg analysis, the company could be eyeing the Midwest for a major new office.
