North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, Wife Watch South Korean K-Pop Concert
The concert was attended by several leading North Korean officials including Kim’s sister, Kim Yo Jong, North Korea’s ceremonial President Kim Yong Nam, along with other members of the regime.
A second gig will take place on Tuesday (April 3).
According to CNN, Kpop girl group Red Velvet preformed for North Korea leader Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang.
Kim had been planning to attend the Tuesday performance but made a decision to watch Sunday’s show due to “political schedules”, KCNA and South Korean officials there said.

Their show included kicking, breaking and elements of folk and modern dance.
The South Korean government said Monday that it strongly protested to North Korean authorities over the unexplained restriction of media coverage.
Another member, Seulgi, appeared red-eyed as she bid farewell to the audience at the end of the concert, apparently overcome with emotion.
Kim is also expected to hold a meeting with US President Donald Trump sometime later this year. When caught, they can be sent to prison camps. His 2005 concert was the last concert by any South Korean in Pyongyang prior to Sunday’s concert.
When the government in Seoul chose to blast some of its top hits across the border with massive loudspeakers along with weather and news reports, North Korea condemned it as an act of war. “Besides that, nothing will change at all”.
