In the Network leaked information about the Xiaomi Mi Note 5
This is anticipated according to the recently leaked picture showing the new Mi model’s specifications.
Xiaomi is all set to launch its flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 8 at a launch event in China on 31st May. Now ahead of the launch, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 has also been confirmed by the company to be unveiled at the event. Considering that the company releases a new version of the fitness tracker every two years, it’s about time they released the Mi Band 3.
The band is also reported to come with support for Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC, along with various health-centric features like heart rate sensor, step counter and sleep monitor.
Hitting the capacitive key below the display will let the users access the Back function.
Would you consider the Xiaomi Mi 8 at that rather reasonable-sounding price? A teaser for the Xiaomi Mi 8 suggests the handset will even include iPhone X-style animated emoji. It is tipped to feature a 6.2-inch full-HD (1080×2280 pixels) display with an 19:9 aspect ratio. The first is the Mi8’s uncanny resemblance to the iPhone X. Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship has a display notch and rounded corners, with the only difference from Apple’s $1000 iPhone being a rather thick chin. A processor for Mi Note 5 was the eight-core Snapdragon 835 with a clock frequency of 2.6 GHz, and RAM is 6 GB. The rear adorns a curved glass panel with a dual camera setup, stacked vertically. The rear of the box shows juicy details including the presence of dual rear cameras, above-mentioned Global Positioning System technology, Snapdragon 845 SoC, 6GB RAM and 64GB storage space.
For selfies, Xiaomi Mi 8 is said to sport a 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It weighs only 7 grams, and comes with IP67 certification for water resistance. It will further be backed by a 3,300mAh battery. But Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said a week ago that the phone would instead launch in July. Rumour has it that the Surge S2, which will be successor to Surge S1, will be based on TSMC’s 16nm manufacturing process.
The second will come as a blow to fans of the port, but it’s not entirely a surprise.
