Attack targets Trump website as Gawker posts old cell number
Doling out justice, Gawker just published Trump’s cell phone number on Monday.
Final month, Trump publicly revealed the cell phone variety of GOP presidential marketing campaign rival Lindsey Graham.
A gossip blog has published former reality television star Donald Trump’s personal cellphone, arguing in an article Monday that it’s only “fair and right” given the real estate mogul’s past behavior.
But before you pull out your own phone and start dialing, remember that the billionaire is hardly the type to limit himself to a single number.
The Republican presidential candidate appears to be taking it in stride, however, as a campaign spokesperson told the Washington Examiner’s media desk that the cellphone number is “very old”. This is not one he uses.
A campaign source for The Hill said that “Mr. Trump has several numbers so this is not an issue”. Trump has 26 percent of the Republican vote in the newest poll, followed well behind by Governor Jeb Bush, who has 12 percent of the vote.
The publication announced the number in “the spirit of open and fair political debate”.
We urge you to briefly neglect work or whatever obligations are tying you up right now and take a moment to blow up Trump’s phone.
He has some pressing questions to answer. Which cabinet position would he give Sarah Palin?
The release of Donald Trump’s cell phone number is already garnering the same response, getting nationwide coverage along with a healthy dose of criticism for Gawker.
MSNBC reported that the number Gawker released is the same number Trump used to call a reporter in June.
