I heard Trump using n-word, says former aide Omarosa Manigault Newman
All of this comes as Newman spruiks her new book, which is the latest in an ever-growing string of White House officials offering their own written accounts after leaving the administration. Now that she’s on the outs with him, she’s adopted a critical tone in order to win favor with the mainstream media who can not resist booking people who will say critical things about Trump – especially from a former surrogate.
Indeed, it’s likely that Manigault-Newman violated only Situation Room policies, which prohibit cellphones, and other security rules and regulations – not the law. “And I know that you want to go with more time, but I will answer your last question”. I didn’t know that.
“We’ve got to talk to you about leaving the White House”, Kelly apparently says in the tape.
NBC News later released Manigault Newman’s tape of Trump.
“People in the White House hated her”. Parts of her conversation with Kelly were played on the air.
She claimed that the White House destroyed some of her personal belongings that they still had possession of. She described him as an entertainer and known exaggerator.
Manigault Newman claims in an upcoming book, “Unhinged”, that Trump used racial slurs on the set of his reality show “The Apprentice”. While writing the book, “three separate sources” had “described the same exact statements”, she said.
As noted, Omarosa told her ever-expanding side of the story to Savannah Guthrie on NBC’s Today show this morning, complete with the broadside on Trump’s credibility.
On Sunday, Trump aide Kellyanne Conway was asked on ABC’s “This Week” to name a high-ranking African American working in the White House. She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok. They don’t walk in and say to the president, “So and so leaked something”, or “So and so is fighting with this one in the White House”. They didn’t have access.
“Gen. Kelly – Gen. Kelly came to me and said that you guys wanted me to leave”, Omarosa told the president. If there isn’t national defense information or classified involved, merely recording … in a SCIF is merely a security violation.
Ms. Manigault Newman explained that as a whistleblower, she is not anxious about any legal ramifications.
Brooke Singman is a Politics Reporter for Fox News. He could not go into specifics about why she was sacked or how she was able to get a recording device in the room. “I had a blind spot where it came to Donald Trump”.
The recordings came out as Omarosa promotes her new book “Unhinged, ‘ where she turns on her former boss and ‘Apprentice” host. “So the staff and everyone on the staff works for me not the president”.
The White House had previously tried to discredit the book, with Sanders calling it “riddled with lies and false accusations”.
Asked if she was concerned about any legal consequences, Omarosa told NBC’s “Today” program: “No, absolutely not”.
