Worst floods in a century kill at least 324 in India’s Kerala
Almost 3 lakh persons are homeless, 200 have died, electricity is snapped, airports have been shut down, railway tracks are submerged, drinking water and food have been hit with Kerala in the grip of the worst floods in a century.

Kerala State Disaster Management Authority (KSDMA) officials said on Friday evening that 2,600 villages have been flooded.
He has promised more helicopters, boats and other equipment needed to expand the rescue operation in the unfolding emergency. In addition, 20 Aircraft are also being used for ferrying resources.
The Navy airlifted the mother and child to an evacuation centre where they were given medical attention.. Navy is providing 82 teams.
