Kavanaugh’s leaked emails seem to contradict testimony on abortion precedent

During his confirmation hearing on Wednesday, Kavanaugh addressed the Roe decision, calling it “an important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times”. “It’s no wonder they are attempting to attack those who have questioned his record and his views”.
