Gigi Hadid won’t ‘do naked for naked’s sake’
It’s been business as usual for the blonde beauty though, and she is now gracing the cover of W magazine.

The American model, 20, struck a series of sultry poses as she told the magazine how stripping naked for a risque perfume ad gave her career a huge boost.
‘I have to read the news to find out what’s happening in my life, ‘ said 20-year-old Gigi on rumors of her and Kendall fighting over Lewis. “My Pirelli calendar is hanging on the wall of my friend’s frat house, and he doesn’t know anything about fashion”, she says. But I never want to choose one or the other. We can appreciate Hadid’s self-awareness about how her privileged upbringing has helped her out, and if you weren’t a Hadid fan before this story, you might be afterward; the model comes off as hardworking and grounded.
She added, “I have always been aware of the business side of this industry”. “All the companies I work for want me to guarantee how much I’ll post for them, but I’m not going to force my career onto the people who follow me”. Hadid has already “moved seamlessly between mass and class” in her career, as Hirschberg puts it, inking deals with Maybelline and, most recently, Topshop, while also getting campaigns with the likes of Tom Ford and MaxMara.
In an article by Huffington post, Gigi was dubbed as “a model of the digital age” and mentioned she is “spectacularly connected” thanks to her millions of Instagram followers.
