Some iPhone XS and XS Max devices are experiencing charging issues

We’ve come a long way from the original iPhone with a 3.5-inch screen to the latest iPhone XS Max (pronounced “Ten S Max”) that has nearly twice the screen size of the original.

The Geekbench 4 test suite put the Apple iPhone XS and XS Max firmly at the top, with 13% faster single-threaded CPU performance compared to the iPhone X. Multi-threaded performance got a nice 10% boost as well.

The review goes on to note that the iPhone XS Max produces great image quality even in bright light and that overall the camera is reliable, consistently producing good results.

What may be responsible for the perceived improvement in facial imagery could be the Smart HDR. This “ChargeGate” issue – if we’re going to call it that – is the third major issue that’s affected the new iPhone XS.
